Covenant School of Worship Glorifying God and Enjoying Him Forever

FAQ's

1. What will I receive upon completing the program?
All our students who complete the entire program will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the year. All students with a C average or better in coursework, participation, individual instrument instruction, and ministry outreach may be offered a worship leader position (part-time, volunteer) at one of ICM’s many local churches. Students with an A or B average may also apply for a full-time paid position on the Covenant Worship Staff.

2. Does the school provide housing?

Yes. Dormitory style accommodations are available at the school for our students. Reasonably priced hotels are located nearby for any foreign short-term teams coming to help with teaching and holding conferences. Apartments are available for rent for our long-term volunteers.

3. Is there financial aid available?
There are two types of financial aid available. Students can apply for a grant to cover the costs of the school. The student must write a grant letter explaining why he feels he should receive this grant. The second option for financial assistance is our Work-Study Scholarship, which is available to all students. Time spent interning for ICM can be used to offset the cost of this program. Grants are awarded based on financial need and other considerations.
If you would like to sponsor a worship school student, please contact us.

4. How many hours a week does the school require?
We require a full-time commitment from our students for the duration of the program. Leaves of Absence may be requested for emergencies, but otherwise the student is expected to participate in all classes, outreaches and programs while enrolled in the school.

5. How do I apply?
Please request an application form on our
contact page. You will be sent more details about the program, an application and instructions for the application process.

6. Do you accept international students?
Our main focus is to train up worship leaders here in the state of Andhra Pradesh. We will accept international applications, however currently chances of acceptance are very low.
